Total Fitness personal training is designed to help you achieve your goals faster. Your personal trainer will walk you through cardio, flexibility, abdominal, and upper and lower body resistance workouts. The program is based on the 5 components of fitness: cardio, resistance training, food intake, vitamins and supplements and professional assistance. It's a program that doesn't just make you look better - it makes you feel better.

Your trainer will begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. During each session, you'll learn the best exercises for your needs. Your trainer will also guide you on the proper amount of weight and number of reps, how long to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. With this expert knowledge, you'll get the best results from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals!

Sports Strength Camp

Total Fitness has been dedicated to our client’s strength, power, and endurance needs for the last 20 plus years. Our staff trains anyone from the average person wanting to lead a fit life to the elite athlete looking for the competitive edge. We pride ourselves in the ability to identify the needs of our clients and gear their training to those needs, and in return are able to obtain great results for our clients.

We are now taking our same great training concepts into a group of sport specific strength camps designed for your athletic needs. Each camp is based on the movements and skill sets of the sport and in some instances a particular position (i.e. a lineman does not require the same speed and agility movements as a running back). The individual will also be taken in account with a 4 to 1 student to trainer ratio. Our program has shown increases of up to 25% in a training cycle and greater strength and power translate into greater performance.
